  1. Digital Products & Downloads

All digital products (PDFs, templates, courses, eBooks, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

  1. Online Consultations or Services

If you book a consultation and wish to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.

Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund.

  1. Subscription Services

For monthly/annual subscriptions, you can cancel anytime.

Refunds will only be provided for the unused period if canceled within the first 7 days of payment.

  1. Technical Issues

Provide an alternative download, OR
